*Located in the small town of Barry's Bay, the heart of the Madawaska Valley, our small independent roastery produces top-quality coffee of unparalleled freshness.
*Medium Roast: Balanced flavour, aroma and acidity – not too soft, not too strong. The smooth finish of this roast makes it a perfect choice for any time of day. It's no surprise this roast is our best seller.
*Dark Roast: Pleasantly strong flavour gives way to the wonderful chocolate notes of this roast. With its beautiful oily sheen this is a full-bodied roast indeed without the bitterness typical of other dark roasts.
*Hazelnut Roast: Well balanced flavour, aroma and acidity similar to our Medium Roast, but with a pleasant hint of hazelnut.
*Maple Roast: Well balanced flavour, aroma and acidity similar to our Medium Roast, but with a subtle and smooth maple finish.
*Dark Maple Roast: Well balanced flavour, aroma and acidity similar to our Dark Roast, but with a subtle and smooth maple finish.
*Decaf Roast: Our Decaf Roast is a Medium-Dark roast. Decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process the caffeine is removed while retaining the great flavour qualities of the bean. Coffee drinkers who enjoy a rich, well-rounded cup of coffee with a smooth finish sans-caffeine will enjoy this roast.
*Decal Maple Roast: Well balanced flavour, aroma and acidity similar to our Medium Roast, but with a subtle and smooth maple finish sans caffeine.
*Confluence Roast: Smooth and robust, Confluence brings a well rounded, full-bodied flavor to the cup. Chocolate notes complimented by subtle smokey undertones introduced by the roasting process.
*Bold Roast: Fuller-bodied and robust, this coffee unveils a rich aroma accentuated by its smokey and intriguingly bitter sweet undertones. This is our darkest, most intense roast available.
